The actual quality of nails are awesome...that's why I let it slide everytime they rip me off. Best quality in statesville; however, today will be the last time I go. the nail tech(manager) and I were talking...mid way through another lady pays and he says they don't take cards(FRI & Sat). Well I don't carry cash. I told him I could come back or go to the atm, but that I DO NOT want the "yellow shield" (which is made up btw he did nothing different to my nails compared to the last time.) because the ATM would charge me $12 due to who I bank with. He was like ok you don't need yellow shield anyways because the acrylic I put on. Then he says that's ok pay me next time you are in. So as he is finishing my nails he doesn't put my jewels on, I figured it was because I was coming back with cash. I go to leave and he says no give me your card, which is fine, i was going to pay for the service I had no problem with that. Well he runs my card and says he is doing it just 'for me'. I then notice he over charges my card by $5 for the yellow shield, and didn't do my design(jewels). This happened last time as well, I paid $45.00 today for a full set, last time I was in, I paid $40 for a fill in...doesn't make sense at all, and I was furious last time, but decided to give them another chance, because my first experience was expensive but great quality. Big mistake, this place makes up their pricing. Good Luck, so glad I didn't go to the ATM or I would have paid $57.00 for an acrylic full set without my design.
