East Coast Wings & Grill at 1875 East Broad Street, Statesville, North Carolina.

Okay so I've worked at East Coast Wings in hickory, so I do know the customer service expectations of this restaurant. When I first walked in (7:00 pm Monday) I saw a waitress with her hair almost completely down but knotted up in a nasty bun on top of her head. It took at least 30 minutes to get our wings, and we went 10 minutes without anyone checking to see if we needed drinks, which all 5 of us did. Our waitress was very sweet and probably couldn't help the wait, but I can tell you guys are definitely understaffed and need stricter rules and regulations for your staff. Pathetic.
